My husband filed for i 130 for me and got approved.My priority date was Nov 2010.i srnt my package to uscic on the 26th Dec .recieved NOA and even biometrics appointment. The bank returned my checks and was contacted by uscic to make payment within 14days so that they will resume processing of my case. I did that wtjat very day i recieved it and i called to confirm and was told my case has resumed.i recieved a letter from uscis the stating that my reciept date is rather January instead of Dec.want to know if that will affect my time range
