My wife has come to US on H4 visa and we have also applied for GC(waiting for our EAD). We got an approval for H1 for my wife in Dec 03 but she did not get job until May04. In Feb 04 we went to Canada on a visiting visa and we returned back on H4 thinking that she needs to goto her home country...
