GC processing for H1 fiancee while my I-485 is pending
If the I-485 date gets current, does that mean it is automatically approved? Or will there be a time duration during which I may have time to amend the application for my fiancee? And can I delay this time if need be?- rfkota

GC processing for H1 fiancee while my I-485 is pending
Folks, I am currently on H1B and my company has filed my I-485 (EB-3) a while ago. My "current date" is 01-June. Now, my fiancee is currently on a H1B and her company is just starting to process her LC. We are planning to get married in July. My biggest concern is, will it be too late...- rfkota
