I had a greencard it got mutilated,and I Appl.for a new one on sep.26th 2001 I have not heard from them,and Calling does not help sending a fax does not work,going there in Person you have to get a Nr.to see a immigration Officer,well if you Luck with all the People waiting for the samething...
