Thanks for the reply. I just found out she had an immigration petition (I-797C) approved on March 15, 2001. I am assuming I have to submit this approval with the I-485 supplement A. Is this correct? Also, the I-485 supplement says: Does this mean we do not have to pay the $1000 fee???
