It is the same case with me. My RD 9/2002, my wifes's RD 8/2003. Mine got approved in 6/2004. My wife just received her first FP notice couple of weeks back.

EAD renewal approved on 2/3/04. ND is 10/7/03

My EAD (renewal) ND is Oct 7, 2003. Still waiting for the EAD approval.

My wife's case has the same issue. The fee accepted in the receipt notice shows $305, but the online status shows "insufficient fingerprint fee...". Our attorney replied with a copy of the check. As of today the online status shows the same message. Regards, rdsk RD : 08/27/03

It was the same message in my case too. After the RFE response was received by BCIS, the web site indicated "It is taking between 30 and 360 days ...." But mine got approved after 13 days. rdsk
