Medical tests for I-485 (for my 7 years Kid)

Is TB skin test, well check up, vaccination records need to applied for my kid along with our medical records for applying I-485 (Adjustment Of Status) ? My attorney saying that, it is not needed because bio-metric fee is less for kids ?
