H1B 7th Eligibility

H1B 7th Eligibility My current employers have filed a permanent LC (RIR) for me but my H1B's 6th year expires in December 2004. It will only be 6 months since my permanent LC was applied. Can I still qualify for 7th year extension for H1B. Any clues ?
