    Advance Parole approved Feb 20....still not received the copies

    Dear Members, My 3rd AP was approved on Feb 20, 2004 as per USCIS website. I have still not received the approal notice in the mail. Are others having the same problem?? I am planning to travel to India on April 2nd. What are my options? Can I go to local INS office and get a replacement...

    3rd AP and EAD renewed on 02/20/2004

    The EAD is valid only for 1 year. My employer's attorney had filed for it - not sure what they did, maybe asked for only one year extension!!
