Please take a look http://newdelhi.usembassy.gov/citizenship_and_immigration_services.html per this site the requirement for 60 days ends on May 31, 2006 so does that mean that after that this would not be a requriment?

I was under the assumption that it only takes 2months, no longer. Since it will take longer (as posted), could I just stay there for a month and come back here, and then file those paper here? I am really lost, and I appreciate all of your thoughts,and opinions. Thank you
