Feb 2004 Any one received/not-received 45-day letter for Labor ? Mine is from Feb 2004 applied, but no 45-day letter yet :mad:

Hi All I filed my RIR LC Application in Feb 2004. Some of my colleagues have received 45-day letter to which our attorney has replied. But, i have not received any nor does my attorney. ANy one in this same boat ?? Thanks Ravi
