I am going to get my first H1B visa stamp in Canada. I came to US in 1999 on a H4 and have not gone back since. I got my first H1 in 2002. Is there a problem going to Canada to get my visa stamped after so long? Which embasy will be better and quicker? Any help will be appreciated.
