Hi, Did anyone here apply for extension based on time spent out of country, is it usually approved or can they deny. My H1 expires on june 4th 2003, I was out of the country for 7 months in these 6 years. Did anyone here get approved for cases like this.

My 6 yrs on H1 expire this june, plan to go to india and apply for h4 as husband's dependent at the consulate in india, will they want to check my h1 papers or will my husbands job papers suffice. Anyone been in this situation before.
