Regarding H1B Transfer(New Employer) and Old H1B(Employer)
Reg H1 transfer I worked for a company on OPT, went back to India and got stamped. After coming back I changed my employer and My h1 is approved. Am I out of status in that gap of 1 month (coming back to US and New H1 receipt date)- rapyd
