Please help yes, i entered USA as a permanent resident. my father is us citizen. he get citizenship in 1999. but when he applied for us. he was permanent resident.

I Received Interview Letter. my interview is in august. i call selective service to registerd me but they told me i can't registerd. because im over 26 now. when i came to USA i was 16yr old and now im 29 but on my interview letter it's say i have to bring selective service...driver...
