Hi, I got my labor approval notice few days back. Now i am in the process of filing 140 and 485 concurantly. My attorney is asking for all the 797 approval notices. Is this mandatory for filing 485 ? I dont have one of the 797 for almost an year during 2001. Appreciate any information...
