I am in residency last year. I am in sixth year of h-1. Husband labour pending. want to apply of niw-eb-2. If i get it approved, is there a possibility of H-1 extension?. Depressed please advice. :confused: :(

My husband applied for greencard last year. Iwas on h4 visa at that time.Now i changed to H1 visa.Can i update my status or what i should do.If i update my status (now got job as a physician)will we have any advantage for the greencard.Please anyone advice.
