My 7th year is about to expire, I will not be able to apply for an extension as some issues with my LC. Can I apply to recapture 2 months that I had spent outside USA during the 1st 6 years ? Or can the recapture be applied only for 7th year extension and not after that ? Thanks.

TR LC filed in 2003, the lawyer has put the payrate very high. Recd the RI (march 2007) and the lawyer insists we have to stick with the same salary and cannot put the minimum prevailing wage. in the newspaper advt. Is this true ? My employer does not want to place the advt with this salary as...
