Am I still counted under Cap if I had an H1 in the last 5 years?
Hi, I am finishing up my Master's degree in June and have my OPT EAD approved already, and my company is filing for my H1, but I did have H1 petitions approved before my masters, and was working in the US from 2000 to 2003. Travel while Pending H1
Travel abroad while H-1B is pending Hi, I too have similar questions. Is it a good idea to travel when one is on OPT, and when the company has applied for H-1?
