Travel for assignement outside USA while on H1B
Hello Friends, I am on H1B and my employer wants to send me to UK on a project. They are getting my work permit for UK. My GC process is also on. Is it legal for me to travel out of USA.- Ram Ethindra

A friend of mine had an H1 visa stamped in India for the first time. But before she could come on project to USA her spouse got a project and got H1 visa stamped and she got H4 visa stamped and entered USA on H4.
