F2 visa help urgent
Hello, Please need an advise....I am on OPT till Dec 2011, my employer applied for H1B and got approved on nov 10th. I have a dependent on F2 with her visa valid till Dec 2011(same as my opt valid), now my wife went to India for vacation and will return on Nov 14th...Now my question is...- rajr9

F1 opt/h1
Hello, I will be on OPT till Decmber 2011. I want to bring my wife on F2 visa in may and at the same I am applying my H1b visa in may. Will it be a problem if I bring my wife on F2 while H1b is in processing. Thanks for your valuable suggestions- rajr9
