    No Title wife was pregnant that time and did not get immunization shots.RFE is for the immunization records. So she did the physical exam again and got the immun.. shots. Hope this helps.

    VSC EAD card received

    Applied EAD separately RD 23/apr/01 ND 17/may/01 approved ( as per AVM) 27/jun/01. Card received today ( july 2 ). Hope this helps people who are tracking their EAD\'s from VSC. 485 RD 23/oct/00 ND 20/nov/00 RajK

    Long Vacation out of country with GC

    No Title Hi Definetly there is a legal way of going out of US for a long period ( upto two years ).If you plan to leave the country (US) for long period then you need to get the "Re-entry permit" .Dont know what form it is.. But i believe you can get the re entry permit once...

    Got AP withingn 15 days in VSC ...

    No Title Hi many ( including me ) got Advance parole from VSC within 15 days but EAD takes a long time now. My EAD ND is 17/may/01 and still waiting . I have seen some EAD approvals for ND first week of may. So i guess it takes two months for EAD approval. RajK

    No Title Right now there is no web site to do your address change to INS. You have to call the IIO and let them know about the address change. RajK
