just updated the tracker for both my wife and I.

We've filed everything (meaning I485/I765/I131) at the same time together. I'm just surprised that she got her EAD/AP approved within a month whereas mine is still lingering out there. I agree with you : I thought the EAD/AP approvals had nothing to do with name check (but who knows..)

I've tried calling that number and got a message saying that the number is not in service.. Here's where I stand with my case : my wife and I have filed for I485/EAD/AP on 09/13/2006 (our PD is 10/21/2001 :o ). My wife (who's an irish citizen) got her EAD and AP approved on 09/26 and 10/21...
