    Hi, Thanks for your promt reply. So I have to ask my new employer to file fresh I129 form for me and I539 for my dependants ? Or anyother form that my employer needs to submit to change my current status from L1 to H1

    Hi , Thanks for replying , I need to clarify some thing more related to this case. Because some of them are saying that it is not possible because once I got L1 visa stamped the other H1 visa get automatically cancelled and i have to go for fresh H1 please clarify Thanks for your help
