I've a question regarding H1B transfer. I came to USA on H1B and my H1B and I-94 expired on Sep 20, 2010. On Aug 10, 2010 another company applied for transfer of my H1B and unfortunately, on Oct 20, 2010 they have withdrawn my petition. Now, please tell me whether a company C can apply for transfer of H1B visa? If its so, can I work for company C, after receiving WAC # from INS.
