H1 transfer
Hi My OPT is till Jan first week...I got my H1 approved and starts in Jan only. I want to do H1 transfer. a)Can I do it now? or I have to wait until my H1 starts? b) if i need to apply another H1 do I have to wait till next oct to work? c) what is required for my H1 transfer?- raj17
