I recently filed AOS (I-485) along with I-765 / I-131 and an approved I-130.
I was wondering if AOS with approved I-130 has any advantage over other AOS application. Does it make any faster to get Green card?

One thing about the 3 month rule – it does not say that it has to be just before the application. I think since she lived here in New York before (although 4 years ago), she should meet the requirement.
