anybody waiting in SRC99XXX-XXXXX

applied I-485 in may 99 (EB3, India) and still waiting for approval. already in 2 EADs and 2 APs. Thinking of changing job at this situation. Is there anybody in the same scenario? what are the problems I face if I change job now. Raghav2000
