I assume you already have your H1B. The employer is supposed to put you on the payroll in the first 90 days. You should not wait that long to start. Have your immigration lawyer talk to the CEO regarding H1B regulations.

thanks for the input Thanks all for above. I applied for AOS in April,2006. Any ideas about the approximate wait period for actual green card. My case ie pretty straight forward. How will the INS know if somebody got married during the AOS processing? Thanks again for your time.
