My I140 was approved in Jan 2005. My I485 has a received date of April 26, 2004. In February of 2005 I had my fingerprints done and then after that no news. Currently, my EAD has expired. Can someone tell me if I need to reapply for EAD even though I have an active H1-B. Also, what is the...
