Duration of stay in IDNIA while 485 pending
I am currently on I485 adjustment of status. I485 RD - Nov 19 2001. I have approved AP. H4 is valid till may 25 2003. Planning to leave to India on March 01, 03 and return back on May 18th. What happens my GC is approved mean time say as early as on march 03. Is there any...- question123
