My wife\'s H4 is expiring in Mar2002. She would be going to India now and once the extension is thru then she plans to get it stamped in India and come back to US. She is pregnant and I was wondering if she would have any problems when she goes for H4 stamping. Please let me know. Thanks

Do you know how much time the H1B extension processing takes in Chicago. My H1 b is expiring in Mar 2002 and my company would be applying now. I need to go to India in mid Feb. Would I be able to get the extension approved by this time. Thanks
