I have an approved I140 from employer A. If I change to Employer B in different state, Can I still use I140 priority date when re-filing my I140 with new employer after receving my labour from the new state. Thanks for help.

Hi, Need some help. What will happen if my I485 is applied and I am laid off. I have approved I140 with priority date - Aug 2004. I have applied I 485 in july 07. Waiting for receipt. What if I get an new job and what if my old employer(who laid off) will not revoke I140 or I485? Can I wait...
