I-140 Straight Denial,

We have received a straight forward denial notice for I-140 (EB2) with USCIS contending that educational qualifications doesn't match US masters degree. Labor certificate education requirement is 'master's degree'. I have 3 years of graduation (B.Com.) and ICWA (equivalent to CMA or CIMA), then...
