I came in US on H1b visa 0CT06 Quota with the company "A" visa stamped on my passport valid up to Oct09,
then I transferred H1b to company B in Aug 2008, approved by Oct 2008,
I got lay off in Nov 2008, and company A has not withdrawn its petition, Shall I still need to h1b transfer from Company B to Company A?...Shall I stay in US until Oct 2009?
