I got my h1-b visa in the 2009 april quota but before my H1-B started in Oct 2009, I transferred my H1-B to another company for a full time position and than in march 2010 i came back to my employer who had orginially filed my H1-b. Luckily the company had not cancelled my H1-B and they did my LCA application and i started working for them and recently they filed my GC Labour petition in EB-2 category as i have a master's degree from US. My concern is that they have not given me any kind of documenting apart from my case number. Is there any way i can get it tracked if they applied or not? contacting DOL or any other lawyer would help? Pls let me know on this one.
