    6 yrs expiring and PERM not approved yet

    Hi My H1B (6yrs) is expiring Sep 2010. PERM has been filed and is over 365 days old and has not been approved yet. 1. Can the employer file for H1b extension ? 2. Can I switch to H4 based on my wife's H1 after the 6yrs is completed ? Thanks.
