  • I had an interview in January of 2008, after the interview we were told that the system was down so i have to wait for the background check result. During this interview I mentioned to the officer that I have a case in court which involved an argument over the phone and was set for dismissal and I gave her the disposition for that case. In July of 2008, we received a letter addressed to my wife requesting that she send information that shows she doesn't have any pending case against her in court and she sent them in to clear her self. Two weeks later we received a letter in the mail denying my case saying i have refused to send in the requested documents. My lawyer immediately put in a service motion to reopen, including everything they had asked for. I didn't hear anything from them until last month(July,2009) asking me to go in for biometrics (code 1) because the finger prints I have on file is expired. My question is, does it mean they have approved my case?
