    Applying for GC - H1B coming to an end

    Hi, I just got married and want to apply GC for my husband. His H1B is expiring by end of December 2010. I am a US citizen. His employer refused to renew / extend the H1B. Can you please advice us on the options which we have now to be together in the USA P.Ravi
