L1 and H1 processing simultaneosly

Hi, My company has applied L1B blanket for me and i got the appointment date also. My brother has applied for H1 on my behalf and the petition got approved. Now can i fix an appointment for H1 also simultaneosly? Or will there be any issue. Please advice.
