Can Employer A's approved labor and 140 be used by Employer B to get a 3 yr H1b extension (I'm on 6th yr now), if both Labor and I-140 by the new employer cannot be completed before H1 expires (have only 9 months in 6th year) ? I am currently in my 6th yr of my H1 - expiring early December...
