Hi,

I have an H1B through company B valid till 2012. If I quit company B and go out of US and come back after a year on L2 visa, can I change back to H1 again
by just applying a Change of status without going through the quota irrepsective of whether company B revoked my H1 or not?or should it be a fresh H1 through quota?
Is there any condition/limitation on not being under cap?

Please advise on the rules behind it.
