EB1 OR VSC approved Mine I140 is approved on last week of March (3/28/06). All applications RD 30 Sept 05 ND 19 Oct 05 One of my colleagues who applied same EB1 OR case 1 day before me got the approval notice three weeks before me which made me nervous/frustrated at that time.
