Hi, I recently moved from H1B to EAD. I went to India and re-entered using my Advance Parole as I had one month left with my H1B (6 Year Period). My wife also has an EAD. My Kids are still on H4 (on I-94 Status) even though we have filed a adjustment of Status for them (I-485) too...
