Pm Srihar I think you will be in better situation if you have evaluation done which mentions your education is equal to US degree.My education evaluation is done with experience. Thanks

Pm01 I have not seen the RFE but the lawyer says department is arguing that whu they should approve when the applicant's degree is of 3 years where as degree should be of 4 years. We used the same evaluation which was used at the time of H1B No it is original labor. Thanks
