I am in US since May of '98. So my 6 yrs end on May 5th, 2004. In Oct. 2002, I switched company and they filed for H1 transfer. The new H1 is valid till May 2005. I never applied for GC. My question is: Can I stay beyond May 5th, 2004? What are the implications if I stay? Do I need to get my...
