    All, I am in a fix.I have 2 more years on my H1 and I have applied for GC ( non perm ) with priority date of oct 2003. I know my case was shipped to backlog center ,but the attorneys havent recvd 45 day letter so far.They say there are 130,000 pending cases needing data entry into the systems...
