Perm Certified hello all, My perm appli. shows certified .I have not recieved the hard copy yet.I applied with MS +0 , product engineer(mechanical). I am worried about transfer of PD now. Never ending headache. Phps01.

Mechanical engineer Hi , My application also asks for MS as a minimum qualification for the title of Product engineer. The application is in “in process” status for over 3 months now. Can you give more details about the letter/explanation you submitted? Thanks, Phps01

Hi all, I have read that, once 140 is approved, we can change employer and maintain the same PD but redo LC/140 again. Is there any time limit for this like 180 days from filing or 180 days after approval? Attorneys, please do reply. Thanks, Phps01.
