Hi, This must be a unique case. I have a Masters degree (Civl Engineering) and had requested my lawyers to file my case under EB2 but they said my job doesnt require a Masters Degree and I-140 wont get approved under EB2. My lawyers filed my I140 under EB3 category but I got the approval notice...
