    How can I register a company for Non-US friends?

    My friend in another country want to register a US company. He don't want to do business here, but just want to register a US Company with no business. How can I do that? Can I register a company here with his passport number? Thanks!

    Is DBA enough to begin a business?

    Hi, I want to begin my own business. It's home base ebusiness. Can I operate my business just with a DBA? I don't want to register a LLC OR inc. Is that ok?
